Fido (2006)
Just when I think that I've seen everything, the Canadians come up with a film called Fido. Can you imagine Billy Connolly as a zombie? Well, imagine no more...

Sheet Music - "Tickling Stick"
I happened to tune in to 'An Audience with Ken Dodd' last night and ended up watching the whole thing. It was a repeat, but then, so is Doddy. Fantastic stuff!
It got me thinking that I must have a few pieces of his sheet music hidden away in my crate. Sure enough, I do! Looks like I have his whole bloody back-catalogue! I could be sitting on a goldmine here! Ha ha!
I can't resist posting it.
If this is a success then you can look forward to my Des O'Connor tribute.
This could be my greatest brainwave yet!

Film Posters - James Bond
Back to one of my favourite topics...
Here are some pictures of a few James Bond posters. This really is a case of the old ones being the best. Enjoy.

Reggatta de Blanc (1979)
This week I have mostly been listening to...
The Police
I picked up the vinyl of Reggatta de Blanc recently and have been enjoying it far more than I really should. I know it's not allowed, but if you imagine Sting of the Police as being a different person to the arse he turned into, it's okay... it really is!
Versus (2000)
Where on Earth do I begin with this one?
Versus is a mystical, sword-fighting, zombie extravaganza. It's Japanese, complete with subtitles, but let's face it, even if it had been in English, I'm not convinced that I'd be sure what it is all about.

Carriers (2008)
The Daily Star had one word to say about Carriers, and it was: "Terrifying!" Terrifying, my arse!
What on Earth is it with the quotes on the front of DVDs? I'm fast coming to the conclusion that if a film needs to stick a quote on the cover, then it probably isn't going to be that much of a film. Carriers is a good example of this. I don't believe that the Daily Star have even watched this film. And since when has a Daily Star recommendation been a good measure of film excellence anyway? Right now, I don't know who I'm more annoyed at... Carriers... or the Daily Star! Damn the both of them!

Sheet Music - "Broadway"
Here is Part 2 in what will undoubtedly turn into a series.
Today's collection of sheet music covers are ballroom-related and includes my prized Fred Astaire pieces.

Dreamcatcher (2003)
I can't even remember buying the Dreamcatcher DVD. Maybe I didn't buy it. Maybe it just appeared. Hoo ha ha ha haaah!
Whatever happened, it's been sitting on my shelf for a long, long time. I'm talking years. I've almost watched it a couple of times, but each time the Mrs has made me put it back. Well, it does look a bit scary if you base your decision on the cover alone. But trust me... It's not scary!

Outpost (2007)
When I watched Dead Snow the other week, I was little sceptical about the subject matter. I mean, how can you mix Nazis and Zombies in the same film? I wasn't really sure that I wanted to watch a film about Nazis and Zombies. But as it happened I did watch it, and I did enjoy it. Read the review here if you don't believe me.
What I didn't expect was that I'd ever watch another film about Nazis and Zombies again. Well Bloody Hell! Can you guess what Outpost is all about?
